Focus target issue/spell cast bar size

Didn't see a thread on this using search so...

The focus target UI needs to be addressed. When using it the "Focus Target" font completely blocks the cast bar by the mob you have set. This is incredibly frustrating. Last night doing Hydra I'm burning down an add when he runs to the middle and starts casting. Can't really see what so I start running to him and it's a ball of ice. Start to focus on add again and I don't see that his cast bar for Fear Itself pops up so I get hit.

A way to increase the size of the cast bar would go also be very awesome. It's just so small now and is dulled by the size of all the other bars on my screen.
