Back Order Notification Prior to Purchase

After checking multiple stores in Europe and having friends check multiple stores in the states I have not been able to obtain a copy of A Realm Reborn for my husband. I resorted to purchasing a physical copy online, directly from SE. SE sells a physical copy of the game located here but does not have warnings about the game not being available. After purchasing a copy, I received an e-mail the next day saying the game is on back order with no ETA. I am now wanting my money back because more than likely the digital services will be re-enabled long before I receive a physical copy of the game.

Please put a large notification on the online ordering page stating that the game will not ship for several weeks!

I have a copy from 1.0 however my husband does not. We have been trying to find a way for him to play with me for nearly two weeks now.
