Steps:
Crash 1
1. Logged into game, everything loaded like normal and screen fades in from black
2. I start to run my character foward, from the Uldah aetheryte area toward Adventurer's Guild
3. About 5 seconds after running forward the game crashes

Crash 2
1. After crash 1, I log back into the game, everything loads like normal and fades in from black
2. I start to run again toward the Adventurer's Guild from the vicinity of the Aetheryte
3. About 10 seconds after running, game crashes as I go up the stairs leading to Ruby Road Exchange

Crash 3
1. About 45 mins after Crash 2, I am at Camp Broken Water doing leves. We start "All Cracked Up" and start killing the target mobs.
2. After killing the mobs at the southern most yellow circle on the map, we start running north toward the next set of mobs.
3. Game crashes about 3/4 of the way from the south set of mobs, to the north set of mobs

Forgot to mention that the game was stable and had not crashed for several months of playing 10~20 hours a week.

The first time I logged in after downloading/installing patch 1.17a is when Crash 1/2/3 occurred.
