Libra Eorzea not available in certain regions?

seems that this apps in not available in my Appstore .____________. but the Security App is available .. hehe.. ><

Same. I'm hoping for it to be released to other regions soon. I wouldn't wanna create a iTunes US account just for the app, since it may require updating whenever there's a major ingame patch. Having to swap iTunes account just to update one app can be a hassle.
