So yea! I got a new PS3 code to get my pre-order bonuses from Square! The problem is, it CLEARLY says SELECT the correct service account...I can't! I can't even add it to my second one with my level 20 characters due to it not being on the list. It only has "Final Fantasy XIV 1".

I understand your pain quite well. I'm on the PC and I have the exact same situation. I don't know how SE can be so retarded. I'm not a violent person, but I clearly want to punch someone at SE right now for this mess. It's beyond me how they didn't learn from the colossal mess that were FF11 and FF14 v1.0 launches....
Sadly...I kinda just spent a day farming some GC stuff too on my archer. So short lived...
If I wouldof known this, I would of just kept my second service account and never sent the ticket in. The stupid hat and pet wasn't worth it...
