I completed the Hydra fight today for A Relic Reborn and upon completion we received the 'Duty Completed' banner but we were not removed from the instance. Then we had to wait for the timer to expire and at the end it said Duty Failed. None of our quests updated properly and it has not progressed. We finished the fight with approximately 15 minutes remaining and I have various screenshots during the time between completion and being kicked.
