There Should be a Vote-Kick System for Dungeons

As the title says, I believe we should be able to vote-kick for players who are being detrimental to the party. In order for the kick to work, you would need a 3/4 or a 6/8 vote to remove the person. I just ran a dungeon for an hour and a half where after we wiped on the final boss once, one player starting bashing another in my party for not using his strategy. After being asked to leave, the player just blew us off and stated he was going afk for the last half hour. We tried to kill the boss but we didn't have enough damaging/healing power to do it. I can add screenshots of what the player said in party chat if I need to prove my point. So what do you people think?
