Not showing characters on lodestone

As i tried to access my character on lodestone I receive this error "
There are no characters on this FINAL FANTASY XIV service account. Use of the Lodestone requires an account with at least one character." But as I logged into the forums and it asked for my main character it found both of them. The only thing I figure that might be causing the issue is I tried to beta on the PS3.

I think you were probably looking on the old 1.0 Lodestone site (http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com/) and the 2.0 version can be found at http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/

No idea why the old site is still around, but it's pretty confusing! It's also the one Google links to.
