Unable to access game in over two weeks

This is ridiculous i have been unable to access the game in over two weeks on my ps3. At first i was getting the error code 3108 and when i went to the mog station to try and fix this it said "To add the PlayStation®3 platform to this service account, you must first either purchase the digital download, or apply a registration code through the Sony Entertainment Network" i bought the digital game from the psn so there was nothing i could do. I contacted customer support 3 times now and not once have they gotten back to me. Now when i try to even open the game i get the message "in order to play ff xiv you must first purchase the digital download from the psn or register a product code." i did buy it from the psn is the problem. I contacted sony customer support trying to get a refund because i basically paid for a game that wont even let me play. they refused and said contact square enix customer support which i did but they refuse to respond. This isnt fair to me i paid for it and cant even play. what am i supposed to do now?
