Why do you care about MY repairs?

Can any of you crafting types tell me why is it that me being able to repair my gear is somehow offensive or detrimental to your way to play the game?

Me being able to repair without having to raise a crafting skill is not going to affect your trading classes in any negative way and in fact, it may even be positive as what money i make will be used to purchase your products.

On the other hand, if i DO raise a trading skill, i will have absolutely no need to purchase any of the items you offer, making YOU lose potential profit.

It´s funny cause many of you "anti-repairing gil" types are the very same guys that in the lv 50 content/difficulty threads, ask us "dungeon types" to be patient, nice and willing to lend a hand and a blade to the less combat oriented/hardcore types.

So i am supposed to be patient, nice and give a hand to everyone i meet and at the same time you are against me being able to repair out of those encounters?
