character transfer when and how

When is it happening? And is it gonna be any server where we can transfer our character? Or is there gonna be restrictions to where to transfer?

most likely after 9/11/2013 (that could be one thing the Maintenance is for)

Thanks but in there it doesnt tell me if the tranfer of character is gonna be to any server. I got 3 friends ready to join me in ultros as I got the highest level of all of them and im not prepared to move. My question was if they gonna be able to move to my server.

there is NO info on transfers, yet
but any info on when and how will be posted on the lodestone , when is it ready

they are coming soon, some time mid September
