Getting 3102 After getting DC'd

My character information is as fallowed.
Server: Faerie
Character: Kanade Sakurai

I was turning in a quest when my internet went out. Once I got my connection back I tried logging back in but I got the 3102 error so I waited about 5 mins but I am still getting the error. If someone could please look into this that would be helpful.

I was also doing the lvl 30 Arcanists quest line when i got the error message.

Edit:
After about 15 minutes the issue seems to have resolved itself but this is a good fyi for others that it may take a little time for the server to kick your character.
