Hey, well ive been leveling DOH skills and my friends have been handing in HQ items for quests and getting 200% exp. Even when i was at the same level as them the said "Ingenuity" arent on the list for me? Any idea why? Thank you.

Ingenuity is a Blacksmith skill, i believe. so you have to have BSM to level 15 to access it as an additional skill. you also have to have available slots to make it active.
