Where is the support?!
I'll not bother myself writing how I'm fan of Square-Enix (since Squaresoft), as everybody starts, cuz I guess everybody who take so many time and effort here in forum trying to get some solutions, means that he/she isn't a common customer, he/she have to be a big fan, otherwise they simply would ask their refund and go try another game.
So, let's see. Since the end of BETA phase 3, the support of Square-Enix simply disappeared! Most of issues in tickets isn't being answered (when it is, is a week later or more), and the chat support is a TRAP! In total, I already expend more than 10 hours in front of monitor waiting for a support agent and, in most of times, I receive the great message: "There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.", why, in hells, I have to wait more than an hour just to receive this?

I understad that with the huge success the game made and the sucessives problems with sales, codes and servers, the flow of ask for support have significantly increased, but the customers have no guilt, and SE would have to grant sufficient staff to attend the demand.
I'm extremely disapointed. It's realy sad that a great game as this have so awful support. It's realy sad.
This is my feedback. And I suggest to SE adopt PayPal asap, which will solve almost all issues about payments, increase the staff of support (at least in this period) and fix the chat support system (cuz I refuse to believe that this error message I received is normal).
