Does cancelling your account, waiting about an hour and re-activating it, then getting the 1 time $10.99 password work to clear up the error 3102? If it does please let me know, and am I the only that thinks if it does its a scam to get you to pay for the 1-time password?
you can change your password by resetting it and then using your iphone or android phone to get the security pass for free.
I looked in the iphone store, I didn't see it. Whats its listed under?

Yeah I changed my password. I am able to create a character on the JP servers just cant do anything on the American ones.
Ok thank got it. Still didn't let me log in. But now I can at least tell support I have it and that I am not hacked. that seems to be the response they give.
Hmm you could be legitimately bugged. Either way, maybe try cancelling and reactivating.. it would maybe, at least, kick the character logged on at the moment
