Haukke Manor Lag (i think)

So twice this has happened now in haukke manor, I wait for the duty finder, get a party, we defeat the first 2 or 3 mobs then someone/multiple people stop moving!

Only on my screen apparently.

I can see them doing their moves but they are nowhere near the enemy, not moving on the map or anything.
First time it happened I had an ARC in the party and he lagged but his Carbuncle didn't!?!
This is especially bad as I am CNJ and cant actually heal people. I have tried being near where i think they are and even standing on top of where they seem to be on my screen, they are always out of range.

anyone got any advice/ suggestions
