I had a game crash earlier this morning at around 3am EST. Tried for over an hour to log back in but kept getting the 3102 error. I went to bed, and awoke to the error still keeping me out. I tried changing my password as another poster suggested but did not help. Can you please log me out?

Did you try the support? I mean the one you can click on before clicking play in the log in screen. Helped me.
yeah about an hour after it started this morning, still nothing.
well best of luck, cant get in myself right now since the NA/EU server list isnt loading.
thanks, trying to call them now, they answered my support ticket saying essentially that the patch fixed this issue lol, and to call for further asisstance.
12 hours now, emailed support, they responded to call, called support, they said they couldnt help to post on the forums...which I did already with no response.
Don't call them or get in chat with them. The support CANT or WONT do anything about it. They will tell you that the only thing they can do is tell you to post on the forums, and that from what they know the problem was fixed or will be fixed in the next update.
You're probably a victim of account hack, as are a lot of people this morning...
what worked for me is cancelling my account for about half an hour and re-activating it (all of your time remains in tact) that should kick the guy off, also reset your password and download teh security token.
