Using the website- Get rid of this annoying *****

Every time I try to view a SE page, I get this annoying shit in the way

How the hell do I get rid of her? I'm trying to read the event details for the Moonfire Faire but she wont go away :(

It's a first-visit popup. Perhaps you're not accepting cookies from the site?

I see :( I have my browser set to delete all cookies when I close my browser to avoid personal information from being kept on my computer because others have access to it when I'm not home >_<

I'll have to find a way to make an exception then because it doesnt go away even if I refresh and such @.@

Just click elsewhere on the page and she buggers off :)
