Community outreach to comunity managers

I have been following the forums here since they were still beta forums and have noticed how few and far between our dev/cm responses are. I understand that this game has the added communication barriers and time differences and I'm trying to take those into account. However, I still feel like we should be getting more interaction. This isn't the same MMO world it was ten years ago where there was little to no communication and transparency. Today's MMOs need to have plenty of transparency and need to get involved with their communities. It will only make the game even better.

Take a look at how recent games are making this work. I came from Rift where they would hold weekly live video feeds answering questions and showcasing the game. It was great. I really got to know and appreciate the dev team. I would love to get to know our CMs and devs here too! Look at EQNext. They are even taking it further and allowing the community to help make the game!

And that's just the dev trackers. If you add in all the other stuff they do you would be amazed. I know I would love to see answers to the threads that continually pop up like the gil fountain issues, or the FATE grinding issues, and so much more. Those are just two of the biggest ones that are flooding the forums right now.
