I've noticed sometimes when I log in, that I run slower and perform synthing actions slower, to the point where the result occurs before the animation is finished. And I'm also seeing other people run and perform the same actions at normal speed. I'd tried going into active and passive mode, but it didn't seem to fix it. How do I fix this problem?
