just completed "All Cracked Up" in Broken Water as a R39 THM. I did not recieve any SP or EXP at all from a single monster killed during the levequest.
i was not in surplus and i had guardians aspect active.

1. activated levequest "all cracked up", activated guardians aspect without surplus
2. proceeded to kill Dodos and noticed there chat messages saying i killed the dodos, but it did not list any SP/EXP gained nor did my exp bar numbers go up at all from start to finish.
3. succeeded levequest, collected gil/reward without any SP/EXP.
