FC Trouble- Rank Promotes/Demotes and Dismissals??

So I haven't had a problem yet, but I noticed that any rank with the ability to promote/demote can promote or demote ANY rank within the FC. So in other words they can demote someone 5 ranks ahead of them or they can even promote themselves?? wtf
If someone has the ability to dismiss they can dismiss anyone regardless of rank difference as well.

So I'm wondering, has anyone had trouble with this, does this happen in everyones FC? Or maybe, is there something I'm missing(which I don't think is the case)
Other question is, is this something being addressed?

Your FC creates the rules regarding rank ablilities so you should probably get with your FC leader for this one.

That's why I made this post, I am the leader... In other games you can't promote yourself.. Or promote past your own rank or even dismiss people that outrank you
