Does anyone know the Level requirement for this Event?

No idea, but at lvl 12 I'm able to get items from it, I've already got 4 swimsuit pieces, its really too easy

A break from leveling? Sure, why not? I don't really care much about appearance items for an event like this. But I am a sucker for titles and achievements.

Take part in the FATE 'Return of the King' found in most areas to get the Wet Bombard Ash needed for the unique sets.

And where can I get sets ? Npc? Thank you

Do they look the same like the Cascadier "Uniforms"? What color(s) are they?

Ahhh - that's what they're are for - I've collected a bunch of those during chasing FATEs last night and was wondering what to do with those ...

Where can i find these bombs or whatever to get the ash.

It's in each main city as per the original link announcement.
