Pc To PS4 Transfer?

Just wondering will there be the ability to transfer from PC to PS4? HAs anything been announced on it yet? I've googled it and not found anything

The reason I ask is because I plan to do so if possible, I struggle to run this game and I have XP which isn't fully supported. Hope I don't have to use the controller interface though :(

Yes - it has been officially confirmed and works (will work) exactly the same way as transferring currently between PC and PS3 or vice versa - you'd need to purchase the copy of the game for the new platforms (PS4) and register it to the same SE service account.
