plz help me i need unlink mi SE account of my PSN account

PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!

i bought the game in psn the 20 august and link a SE account suspend, i created a ticket (2631426) BUT NO RESPONSE TODAY for this, i like play this game but dont play EA, dont play Release, dont play nothing, i buy in preorden for nothing, I am very upset with SE with this error and Service Desk with the ticket, i want play!!!!!!!!!!

You cannot unlink the account. Why was your SE account suspended?

that account is cancelled, when i purchased the game it got linked to that account by mistake, and in SE support there is a form to unlink the SEN account linked by mistake to the wrong SE account that form is was created since august 28 and till now i have no answer
