Character creation restrction ( Moogle )

Hi everyone, two days ago Devs have posted this in the news:

It's updated from time to time when character creation restrction is being lifted on few worlds.

With that being said, i've seen almost all worlds being reopened at least once since this new has been posted. But, i have yet to see the restriction on Moogle being lifted.

I have a friend waiting to join me since launch who starts to loose her nerves and i totally understand.

Anyway does anyone has some news about Moogle restriction i probably missed, or Moogle is definitively locked?

Perhaps you might want to try creating a character at a time when less people are on.

I've noticed that it's been like that with Gilgamesh, I can't create a character when all the NA people are on, but once they get off, my friends and I can make some fine.


I've noticed it with some other servers too, that during NA sleepy times that I can make stuff. But I guess it also depends on where the majority of the players on your server is from

I told her to create a character during night time ( im french and she's from UK and so is the majority of Moogle players ) but it didnt work.
I guess i'll just wait for world transfer and pick whichever world she decicide to go on. :(

I'm in the same boat, but considering there's a small queue almost every time I log into Moogle I cant imagine that they'll allow character creation on it any time soon...
