PS4 version for free for PS3 version owners

I hope that they do that...that will speed up my decision to buy the PS4 as the games they are launching with do nothing for me at the moment...that would make it worth it. (That is except for the fact that PS4 players will have to pay now for the online service...that sucks!!!)

Personally, I've been finding the PS3 version a touch less playable than I was expecting (at least when comparing FFXI for PC vs 360). I love SE enough to have bought the PS3 edition just to support them, but if this is true, it's definitely something I'd appreciate. X)

F2P games and P2P games wont require the mandatory plus subscription.

For those games it's up to the publisher. Sony's own MMO Planetside 2 for PS4 won't require a subscription fee as it's F2P.

Anyway, I hope they do this for NA/EU players.
