Unable to complete "Breach & Build" Lv. 40 mining levequest

Time: 8:40-8:50pm (GMT -10)
Frequency: Once. Did not attempt again in fear of losing another levequest allowance.

Party or solo: solo
In-game time: 4:35am Eorzea Time
Area and coordinates: X: 6, Y: 18
Steps:
1. Mined 7/8 nodes normally and got 32/32 of the items needed.
2. 8th node did not show up. I could not see it and it also wasn't on the mini map.
3. Levequest ran out of time and I had to abandon.
