Seriously, this needs to be implemented immediately.

I'm sure there's several threads about this already, but if SE will not seriously contain and handle the gil sellers, at least make it convenient for the players to do so. As that you can not stop the chat from scrolling, it is often times a huge hassle to correctly spell the names of the miscreants.

I agree - this should be there sooner than later. In regards of spelling / typing the character names - just use the tell option and then copy the full name from the chat input box, no need to write it down or type in manually to report - it works on PS3 too of course.
