Just did Odin for the first time a few minutes ago. What was SE thinking making big fights like this into fates? 90% of the fight I couldn't even target odin, and when I could target him my spells did no damage and cost 0 mp. Why must such an amazing summon such as Odin be bastardized like this?
I don't even bother attending those large scale fates anymore. Nothing but disappointment.
I have yet to experience the Odin FATE. But I have to agree with you. FATEs are such a stupid zerg-fest that to have made Odin a FATE is a disgrace. I do not look forward to not being able to target Odin nor the poor experience associated with the whole "event".
Did this yesterday, got it down to the last sliver of health, then it did some AOE and wiped everyone on the field. 9999.
and yeah, it was just zerg zerg zerg all the way. No strategy involved for the trespasser.

i think SE thought that the game won't have this much player
or perhaps they're designed it by looking ahead when there are much less player after a month or two
At least he still kills people. And the weather is ultra-cool. But yeah, joke of a FATE in its current state.
They need to give the fellow a striped shirt and some dorky glasses.
I hope they add real NM's for these. putting them in a FATE is a kind of novelty. It's nothing special in terms of rewards and there isn't much strategy to them. just zerg
I just did that same Odin battle for the first time and on the contrary, I thought it was dope! Targeting him wasn't hard at all, but I'll agree there was some lag and he was in and out of sight, but if I am correct, he teleports around the battle field a bit? But yes, it was so much fun, I kept getting killed and revived then revived others and got killed lol. And we almost won too, he was around 3% dead but then Zantetsukin went off -_- Crap, I forgot to take screenshots too! :eek:
