Fix lag on enemy/boss abilities!

This may not be the appropriate place to place this, but, I see this as an annoying bug and a HUGE oversight on the developer's part when this game was made.

I have wiped countless times, and spent as much in gil on repairs, attempting to do hard mode Titan because of the noticeable delay from when Titan uses an ability to when it ACTUALLY hits somebody. This hasn't just happened to me, but many other people I know in this game. This lag/delay or whatever it's referred to as needs to get rectified and sync with whats actually happening on screen.
