Party members glitching/lagging out in dungeons (PS3)

The issue is with party members becoming glitched/bugged during dungeons. They become frozen in one spot of the zone and do not move forward. This obviously causes issues with not being able to target them as on my screen they are stuck somewhere far away. They are still acting upon the monsters normally, but are stuck in one spot and do not progress. If they have a pet the pet progresses, but not the player.
Oddly enough on the map we are all together, but not on the minimap.
Is that clear enough? Last night our tank was suggesting it has to do with lag, but I was not experiencing any of the usual lag symptoms such as draw distance or characters jumping positions.
The first time it happened to me it was just our tank. Now yesterday night it happened again and as the dungeon progressed eventually all three became bugged. Unfortunately for all of us a near wipe did cure the problem (3/4 of us died. one monk remained bugged until the end).
Now, this has happened to me both times on SMN so it wasn't an enormous issue. However, it has me really scared of trying to do these dungeons on SCH. I should note this is also occurring to me on PS3. I know the PS3 can get overloaded in enormous FATEs or towns, but in a dungeon with four people?
Has anyone else encountered or heard about this issue? It REALLY sucks.
Looking for any information or insight as I am too afraid to do dungeons on a healer class.

I tried as SCH on a low level dungeon to test if it would happen. It did. One of our members lagged/bugged out. I could not target them. Their pet was fine. They were not. My pet fairy could still heal them, but not me. I was fearful of our tank getting bugged so I locked on to him for the whole dungeon. Thankfully at the end the only person to glitch out was an ARC. I healed the two as fast as possible as much as possible so my fairy could heal the ARC.
Now, I don't need to explain how game breaking this issue is, but it has got to be a top priority in my opinion. I cannot do dungeons for a good deal of "prime time" hours because this ALWAYS happens. Quite frankly I am afraid to do them.
Please for the love of everything holy look into and address this issue.
