Camera angle resets overhead everytime after loading (y axis)

I reported this bug already and can't seem to find anyone else that has had this issue.

Basically every time the game loads (teleporting, going from one area to the next, etc), the camera resets to this weird overhead view.

I have gone into camera settings, and if it enable Y axis camera reset (move only), every time I move, the camera resets to this exact viewing angle.

So I'm assuming somewhere in my settings the default y axis setting is messed up.

How do I fix this? I've already tried deleting the FFXIV.cfg files.

This happened after I changed to a new mouse (Razer Orochi to Logitech G600) Then I tried switching back and the issue persists. Don't think it's caused by the mouse anymore.

Nvm figured it out. Ctrl + Shift + End resets any saved camera angles
