Company crest customization not unlocked rank 3

date : 9/6/2013 time : unknown Location : New gridania NPC : OIC administrator Action used : speak with the oic administrator to customize your crest Item used : No item used Steps how it occured etc :I created my free company 9/5/13 The Mad Dragon filled it with 10 members including me I helped everyone to try to get too rank 2 but before we made rank 2 I logged off they completed rank one and we were rank 2 when I logged on 9/6/2013 I went to the oic administrator my company is affiliated with :the order of the twin adder there was no option to customize my crest so I went to the other OIC administrator there no option to customize my crest I asked in /shout and 2 people left and another one came and left we're approaching rank 4 this might cost me my free company. platform:PS3 server:cactuor name:Poland Iceteaguard plz I need a crest ! what am I going to tell them we did rank 1 & 3 for nothing its a small company now it could fall apart if they find out at rank 4 and we're halfway there
