Just wanted to know where I can get my refund.
Bought the game in 08/23 from the Square Enix Store and didn't receive any game key until today. In findmyorder.com there's no record of the order number.
Where can I go to get the refund?

There is a record so long as you payed for it. You need 2 of 4 bits of information.
Make sure you are entering the correct information that you used to purchased the program.
Shouldn't you have applied for refund before you got the key? Hope you haven't registered it or you wont be getting no refund.

But, as I said, I didn't receive any keys at all.
I'm in the same boat as you Doria, since Early Access finished I was required to put in a new key, yet I never got one. And yes, I checked all of the boxes in my email account.
Im in the same boat here I think. Used a pre-order code. Credit card shows being charged as of 9/3/13. I havent seen any other registration codes and the game account summary shows me as "Inactive".
Figured out the issue I was having. There was a second registration code (not the preorder code) that is listed at www.findmyorder.com
I was able to enter that and it allowed my account to be accessed. It wasnt clear that this step was even required since the pre-order code that was mailed to me enabled the account initially...
