Best crafting for gladiator/paladin?

i currently have trying to max out goldsmithing, culinary, fishing and mining...are those good for paladins?

Just add Botanist and Alchemist to back up the Culinarian Class then it should be fine imo. Culinarian is more like for everyone since it's buff related.
