I'm not quite sure where I would go about reporting this so I figured I would try here. All day today someone by the name of Suicide King has been spamming the server chat in Hyperion advertising a gold selling service called www.ffi4goldmall.com. It has made a bit of an issue of trying to use the chat with other players. I'm not sure if this player's account has been hacked or what but I thought I'd try and report it here. Hope this helps quell these issues at all.
