Error 3102 and a suggestion.

I keep getting logged out, whether it be from my internet or from the game crashing. Either way, I'm always greeted by the wonderful 3102 error.

Not that it matters much, but my username is Phoenix Down and I am of the Excalibur server.

Anyway, I propose that attempting to log in while already 'logged in' should bump the other connection off. This would solve the nasty 3102 error, and in the future should someone be on your account when they shouldn't be you would be able to bump them off and notify SE before they can do any/more damage.

Just a thought....not sure if it will work since you're technically not logged in anyway, despite it thinking that you are.
