Leveling question
Hi all,
I've been told that when I hit 30 in one class, then 15 in a specific second class, that I then choose a job and start that new one at level 1. That being said, am I screwing myself by running quest content all the way to 30?
I'm concerned that when I restart at level 1, I won't have many quests to do. Do they somehow reset or am I going to have to rely on levequests, dungeons and fate-grinding to level?
Thanks!

You can always just go to another city, and start making quests there or do fate grind.

Okay, thanks. I've been leveling my main class to 30 in a couple of regions. I'll go back to LL and look for content there.

You don't start your job at level 1. Your job will always be the same level as the job's primary class (the one you need to be 30 in to get the job in the first place).
That said, if you want to level other classes, you will start at level 1, and quests don't reset.

The advanced classes (Summoner, Scholar, Paladin etc) do NOT start at 1. They automatically level with your main class. So a Summoner 35 is also an Arcanist 35. If you level either up to 36, the other is also 36 and so on.
However you start over at 1 for new base classes. So the class you level to 15 has to start at 1, but no you don't screw yourself over too much by doing the quests now. Just do the hunting log you get, as well as a few leve-quests (on the 2nd class you can get them at level 5 already or so), and that should easily get you to 15.
