I used to have a Token on my account, then I was in a house fire, and it got burned, and melted and broke.
So I asked SE to remove the token from my account, and I could log into the game just fine, but now I try to log into the Lodestone and it says I need my one time password I've sent two support tickets, none responded two... I need some sort of Offical Response,
