Anyone know if there are level 25 mining leves and where they are at plz assist?

I think you may be lookiing for Quarrymill. One thing you can do is visit the Adventurer's Guild in each city and grab leves there (at least initially). If there leves available at any camp in that level range, then you'll be able to grab them from the adventurers guild. After that, you just grab them from the camp's levemate.

Correct. Quarrymill has both lvl 20 and lvl 25 mining leves.
