Looking for 4 others for 8man static/FC

Myself and my 3 other friends are looking for 4 other people to join us for 8 man content. We currently have a Paladin, Scholar, Monk, and Dragoon, so another tank, healer and 2 DPS will be preferred. Unfortunately, duty finder has not been working out well for us since it is hard to carry half an 8man through content, so we are looking for other people to join us to make these encounters less stressful.
