So apparently there are holes in the game. I was walking on the Lower Decks of Limsa Lominsa and somehow fell through! Luckily I had registered for a dungeon and it took me out of there. Unfortunately I ran into the same issue in the Eastern Shroud when trying to turn in the quest...
Please help! Logging out and back in doesn't help! I'm stuck under Little Solace in the East Shroud!

Use the return spell
Yeah this happened to be about a week ago in Limsa Lominsa as well. Using your return spell or teleport should get you out of there and fix it.
