Maddening Inventory UI

I made post after post about this in Beta with no response. <working as intended>

This is how you are supposed to manage your inventory? My eyes blur everytime I have to look for something.

(Yes! These items are actually all different!!!!!!!)

Don't you love the response, "working as intended" which doesn't necessarily mean that it is working efficiently? A complaint about function doesn't necessarily mean it's a bug complaint. I'm already concerned about when I reach that point and I only started playing 2 days ago. -_-

That's weird. I had someone in my FC complain about this too, that their stuff never auto-stacks on the retainer and they have to stack it manually, but mine always auto-stacks just fine.

Character Config > Character > and toggle Auto Sort Items

Was not toggled by default for me.

Are those supposed to be all the same item?

I don't believe that they are the same but items but rather different items sharing the same icons. I could be wrong but I don't think the OP was complaining about auto-stack issues but rather how much there is while using identical icons within a limited space allotment. The only differences I see are some sparkles on the higher quality items.

That was how I took it anyway as well as what my earlier response was geared toward. But I could be wrong since it wasn't my post. :P

I made a bug report about stoneskin on mobs making it so you can't DoT them or trigger ability buffs... Got moved to working as intended. WHAT? It's hitting for 0 not missing. How is that ok -.- Sometimes I wonder if SE actually considers what they're doing.

Sorry - I thought it would be obvious but yes, those are ALL different items.
