Stuck Setting Up a New Account Even Though I Already Have One

After resetting my password because I got locked out, I login. Why? Because now when I open the launcher I have to setup a square enix account and enter a registration code. I'm greeted with these two options.

- Select this option if you have a Square Enix account but have not added a FINAL FANTASY XIV service account.
- Select this option if you have played FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 1.0.

- Select this option if you do not possess a Square Enix account.

Where is the option for a Square Enix account with an added final fantasy service? I cannot remake an account because my registration code is already linked to my current account.
