Brayflox Longstop - Instance not starting

Hi,

Would like to report that the Brayflox's longstop instance isn't starting even after having enough members gathered. Would like to know if it's as intended or if something is wrong. From my understanding the queuing is to wait for members to be gathered...

and I keep seeing people withdrawing from the instance... :mad:

( about 5 times withdraw messages last 30 minutes)
What is wrong ?
