Still not getting my 'wrong service acc' issue resolve since the end of Early access!

It has been like, 2 weeks?

5 tickets sent, still no god damn answer except for the 'we received your ticket' e-mails

One of my ticket regarding information change in SE account was closed and things never get resolve (and I waited for 1 month)

Worst freakin customer support EVER!

I have the same issue registered my acct during open beta and now it tells me i need to register but my code is already listed as being registered. Even on the forums my accounts and characters show up.
