How about some on-screen server info when logging in/making a character?

If you're going to be introducing new servers soon, people need to know what's accepting new characters, what's not, what is over loaded and what is at a nice and easy level.

Sure, I would LOVE to play in Excalibur. It's a damn cool legendary sword name, but fact of the matter is that the worlds are all the same.

I'm sure that if people could see the actual stats of each server, they could plan accordingly on which server they want to access/transfer to, so as not to completely burden one.

Also, if you're planning on adding more worlds, how about adding some sort of function that the world shows up to create a character in, but the gates remain closed and a queue is put into effect.

People create a character, get into queue and wait. The first 500 people get let in for an hour, then another 500 people after an hour, then another 500 people after an hour, so on and so forth.

This solution, along with the aforementioned server info could really inform the player on what they can do to help keep the servers running as smoothly as possible.
