Add percentages to the Character Sheet?

When I open my Character Sheet, and I see I have 453 Critical Chance or 215 Vitality, I'd like to know exactly how much they're giving me, even if it's just something I see when I mouse over the stat.

Like, if I have 453 Critical, and I put my mouse over it, after the description I want to see what Percentage I have to Crit. So, is it 11%, 7%? How much am I getting for each percentage?

Same with Determination, I know Mind, Str, Int and Determination all add to Potency, but how much? As it is now I assume the Main Stats add 2, and Determination adds 1 or something, but I find this is information that we as players should know especially when it comes to min/maxing.
