Error 3102 for 3 days now my account is suspended.

So I have been one of those unlucky few to have received error 3012, mine is across all characters.

I logged off correctly at an inn when it occurred. I cannot even get on the JP servers.

Had taken a break after I opened my ticket for the full day yesterday logging in periodically to assure myself that I was still being 3012'd.

Now I login tonight through the launcher and receive and error prompt stating "You could not log in because the service account in question is not linked, Please proceed to the support centre to register"

When I open up the Mog Station, I see that my account has been "suspended". Nothing I've done in the couple days I've been able to play would warrant a suspension. I'm not sure what the heck is going on here. I tried to re-register but ofc it didn't work because my registration code was entered when I started playing the game last week.

I used a login script but I can't see them banning for that coinsidering it's just spamming the 0 key over and over.

I'm currently still waiting for my first ticket regarding the 3012 error across all accounts to be addressed, and now this happens?

I JUST WANT TO PLAY!

i started to have this today for 3 times now, every time i click on NPC or AH

From the evidence you've given, it looks like you were hacked, and the 3102 error was from some RMT logged into your account and spamming a city, which would be why your account was suspended. There might be another explanation that fits, but I can't think of one.

Glad to see I'm not the only one having this issue. I'd like to know what's going on.

Same issue I had..figured out that my account was hacked. Was getting 3102 because someone was on my account probably spamming shout chat with Gil selling site. Changed my PW, got the Token app running for extra security now. Everything seems to be back to normal minus the 100k they took from me. You might have the same issue.

If this is what has been happening, how do we get our accounts unsuspended? I haven't even been able to log in and see what they've taken from me yet even though I've changed my password because my accounts were suspended.
